  • ACIS Maps View maps describing precipitation patterns as far back as 1961. Includes total accumulations, extreme occurences, percent of average and frequency of occurence. Also included are maps of soil moisture, temperature, drought indicies, snow packs and more. Over 30 maps are added each week, tracking current conditions.
  • Station Data Graph, compare and download quality controlled data in near-real-time for more than 270 stations dating back to April 2005. Also included are other data sets like precipation and temperature normals, temperature extremes, growing degree days, corn heat units and more.
  • RSS Data Feeds Subscribe to the RSS feed and receive and update live quality controlled data feeds from more than 270 stations with hourly and daily weather data from a wide variety of elements like precipitation, temperature, humidity, solar radition, wind speed, soil moisture and soil temperature.
  • Freezing Date Probabilities  This factsheet provides information for estimating probable freezing dates for 114 locations in Alberta. Average dates of frost occurrence have often been used for this purpose. However, averages have limited value because they denote the 50 per cent risk level or the probable occurrence of untimely frost in, for example, five out of ten years. This may well be too much risk for economic viability in the long run.
